According to Governor McDonnell, VDOT has fixed more than 43,000 potholes throughout Virginia since March 1, 2010. The Governor announced VDOT would be spending its time and efforts repairing potholes during the month of March to fix the hazardous conditions caused by all of the snow Virginia received this winter.
VDOT has dedicated $45.8 million for concrete and asphalt repairs between July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
